One of the older breakfast places in town so the interior is a little outdated. The food is made order and there is a lot to choose from. The portions are also very generous.

The foodwas good but the service at our table sucked. I asked for 2nd plate. She split our meal instead then charged us for the split. She did not ask if the 2nd plate was to split the meal and did not say it was additional 1.50. I spoke to the owner/manager and he couldn't look up at me. ...walk in with a black boyfriend when your white I get bad service I guess.

Sangs is a Salinas staple. Ive always loved their breakfast, particularly the pancakes. The ribs are also a good choice. The food at sangs is bar none. Its a Salinas gem!
